Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
